Effect Prediction helps to analyze which diseases are affected by herbs (compounds, or genes). It repeatedly spreads information through the selected biological network from herbs(compounds, or genes). Then it calculates the score of each disease and shows affected diseases following the scores. The higher the score is the more affected disease is.
